Data is deleted if the purpose of its collection ceases to exist. For personal data collected from the contact form and those sent via email, this is the case if the respective conversation is finished. This is the case, if it can be gathered from the circumstances that the respective issue has been resolved.

If the respective communications is connected to fulfillment of a contract, legal regulation may provide additional requirements for longer storage of data, for example § 257 HGB, § 147 AO and § 14b UStG.
